DETAILS INTRODUCTION
Main Body Material
The main body of C-type steel experiment table is with C-FRAME steel structure. Each part of the steel frame are fabricated and welded together using 40x60mm rectangular steel tubes with wall thickness of 1.2 ~ 1.5mm. The steel tubes undergo acid pickling and phosphating, followed by epoxy resin powder coating, which provides corrosion resistance and enables them to withstand the harsh environments in laboratories.
The cabinet is made of 15mm thick high-quality double-sided melamine-faced medium-density fiberboard, with 2mm thick high-quality PVC edge banding. It is required to be resistant to warping and cracking, moisture-proof, heat-resistant, solid, flat-surfaced, load-bearing, impact-resistant, and possess a certain degree of structural strength.
Back panel and shelf are made of 15mm thick high-quality double-sided melamine-faced medium-density fiberboard, with 2mm thick high-quality PVC edge banding.
Features of Performance
The cabinet and steel frame of the C-frame steel laboratory bench feature a suspended design. The structure is flexible and aesthetically pleasing, allowing cabinets to be adjusted and re-positioned according to work requirements. The bottom of the cabinet is at least 160mm above the ground, facilitating floor cleaning.
The overall structure of the laboratory bench consists of drawers on the left and a cabinet door on the right, leaving ample space in the middle for staff to sit and operate. An adjustable shelf is installed inside the cabinet for storing items.
The total height of the steel frame system is 765mm, and the actual internal clear height of the C-FRAME section is 665mm. This ensures that the 580mm-high bottom cabinet can be flexibly combined horizontally between two C-FRAME supports without being restricted by the support frame. A clearance of at least 150mm is maintained between the back of the cabinet and the vertical support assembly, which houses service facilities such as water pipes and electrical wiring.
